1. Fulfilment & Processing Times
All of our products are made-to-order based on our own unique designs. Our fulfilment partner prints, packs, and ships orders from the nearest location to you, our valued customer.

- Average Fulfilment Time: Most products (cards, prints, posters, framed prints, canvases) are dispatched within 24–48 hours, with a maximum of 1–4 working days.
- Production Pause: During busy periods, fulfilment may take longer. Production times are calculated in working days (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Shipping times are in addition to production times. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination country and shipping service selected, with Standard UK to UK orders generally shipped 2-3 working days after production.

3. Shipping Rate
Shipping rates are determined by the delivery country, the product ordered, and your preferred shipping speed. We are currently trading to and from the UK only.
- Rates at Checkout: Specific shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and item combination.
4. Tracking & Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Standard shipping may be tracked or untracked depending on the destination and product type.
- Express Shipping: Express shipping is handled by a courier, includes tracking, and is designed for faster delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If a product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please take photos and contact us immediately: fordy@obstinateford.com
- Lost Items: If an order is not received within 30 days of shipment, we may arrange for a replacement. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we cannot offer free replacements for items lost due to an incorrect address.
